Where is B22 Health based? B22 Health is based in Palm Desert, California—the heart of the Coachella Valley. We’re just a short drive away from Southern California’s revered thermal hot springs, whose rejuvenating waters served as our main inspiration for creating B22 Health.
When was B22 Health Founded? Our story began in 1983 when Deborah Houghton, a respiratory therapist from the Coachella Valley, became fascinated by the skin-rejuvenating properties of Southern California’s mineral-rich hot springs. Read Our Story to dive into our full history.
What is the “B22 Active” and what makes this ingredient so special? The B22 Active is our custom-made miracle ingredient born from the therapeutic and mineral-rich waters of Southern California’s thermal springs. Developed by a respiratory therapist named Deborah Houghton, our B22 Active combines the most potent properties from hot spring oxygen therapy to foster radiant, healthy skin. What makes the B22 Active so effective is its ability to complement the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), a group of water-soluble compounds responsible for maintaining optimum skin hydration. The B22 Active comprises a mélange of powerful ingredients that supplements the skin’s own NMF and delivers a burst of immediate and long-lasting hydration to the skin, while simultaneously reinforcing the skin’s protective barrier to prevent hydration loss.

 

Night Gel Information

Is there an expiration date? While our Night Gel doesn’t have an expiration date, we encourage you to use the product within 1 year of opening to ensure optimum results. Potency of the product will slowly decrease over time, however, there is no risk of using the night gel after the one- year mark.
How should I store it? Your Night Gel should live happily in a cool, dry spot—bathroom shelf, bedside table, vanity desk, you name it. She looks good anywhere.
Can I freeze my Night Gel? You can! Freezing your Night Gel will not affect the product’s efficacy or shelf life. We know some customers enjoy the cooling sensation of chilling their Night Gel. Do whatever makes you feel best!
Is your packaging recyclable? Our custom-made wood box and hand-crafted glass jar are both recyclable! But we think their too gorgeous to toss out—get creative and repurpose them as containers for small kick-knacks and tchotchkes around the house. Our jar is the perfect ring holder.
How long will one jar last? We estimate that one jar will last approximately one month with nightly use.
Is this product suitable for all ages? Absolutely. B22 Night Gel was made to unlock your skin’s maximum brilliance at every age.
Do you test on animals? Never.
How and when should I apply the Night Gel? Apply Night Gel each night after thoroughly cleansing and toning. Massage gel onto face, neck and décolletage using gentle, outward and upward strokes. Apply an additional layer under and around eyes for maximum hydration.
What is the pH? Our Night Gel is created at a pH of 5.2, the optimum level for healthy, radiant skin.
Do you use parabens? We are paraben-free, forever and always.
Is it non-comedogenic? Definitely, and we don’t take this lightly. You can rest easy knowing our formula is
rigorously and consistently tested for stability, purity, and potency—ensuring a 100%
hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic product.
Is it organic? We’re committed to using natural, minimally processed ingredients, but it’s important to keep in mind what “organic” truly means. This is a fickle word that’s often thrown around carelessly in the skincare industry as marketing jargon. Organic does not equate to being better or more effective. While many of our ingredients are organic, some of our most effective ingredients are not (and cannot) be organic by their very nature.

B22 Health Night Gel is out of stock—when can I expect it to be available? We recommend that you subscribe to our emails to be the first to find out about product news and updates. While we can’t guarantee an exact timeframe due to the variable nature of the production cycle, we will do our best to keep you as informed as possible.
Do you offer samples? We currently do not offer any samples, but we have a 30-day return policy if you’re not completely pleased with the product.
Is B22 Health Night Gel available anywhere in-stores? Currently B22 Health Night Gel is only available online. We’ve made this decision to ensure our gel is being stored and maintained at our standards.
Can I buy B22 Health Night Gel on Amazon? Currently B22 Night Gel is not available on Amazon. If you see an Amazon seller offering our product, please understand that it is not an authorized seller. We seriously discourage you from purchasing B22 Night Gel from any unauthorized third parties as we will be unable to determine, and thus not responsible, if the product has been tampered with.
What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay, and branded pre-paid gift cards from both Visa and Mastercard.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes? We recommend that you subscribe to our emails and create a B22 Health account to be the first to find out about exclusive discounts and seasonal promo codes.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order after it has been placed? If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please

Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

What shipping options do you offer and what are the rates? We offer standard shipping ($4.50), 2nd day shipping ($15.00), and overnight shipping ($25.00).
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? We currently ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, and Denmark. Please note that certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require longer delivery times.
Can you ship to my P.O. box? Yes!
When will my order ship? We process orders within 1-2 business days. For overnight shipping, orders placed by 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped that day. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Can I track my package? Yes, once you have successfully placed an order you will receive an email with tracking information. Be sure to check your “spam” folder! If you have not received the confirmation email within a day of placing an order, please contact us at [email protected]
Can I change my mailing address after placing an order? If we have yet to process your order, we will be able to change the mailing address. Please email [email protected] to request an address change.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order after it has been placed? If you need to make a change or cancel an existing order, please
contact [email protected] for assistance.
What if my package arrives damaged? If you receive a damaged package, please save the box and send us photos of the
damage at [email protected] We will arrange for FedEx to pick up the damaged
package and have your order replaced ASAP.
What is your return policy? If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return authorization and mailing information. We will issue a full refund, minus the cost
of shipping.
Do I have to pay for return shipping costs? Unfortunately, shipping is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your order. Keep in mind that we are unable to issue a refund unless we’ve received your returned items. We advise using reliable tracking to prevent returned items from being lost.
